How long will delivery take?

Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by 4–6 business days in transit.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking information is provided after the order ships.

Can I cancel an order?

You may request cancellation before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.

What is the return window?

Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery.

Do I pay return shipping?

We provide a free return label and do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

When will a refund arrive?

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days; the payment provider may need additional posting time.
