This policy explains the options available when a purchase does not work out as expected.

30-day returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Items should be returned with the original packaging and included components when reasonably possible. We provide a free return label, charge no restocking fee, and pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or defective, if the wrong item was sent, or if part of the order is missing. We cover return shipping and provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund. Exclusions never limit remedies available for these order problems.

Exceptions

Customized items, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded from change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not restrict remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete goods.

Cancellations and refunds

You may ask to cancel before an order ships. Once shipped, the return process applies. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and are processed within 10 business days after approval. A bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
